What does it cost to sell
my STUFF?
The Arizona Stuff Exchange
does not charge you anything upfront to list your item. Once your item
sells, we deduct both our commission and eBay + payment processing fees
before sending you a check for the balance.
Our commission is based on
a sliding scale of the Final Sell Price
Final
Sell Price:
If your item sells for $199.99 or less
Our commission is 30% of that final price (minimum $10 - maximum $60)
If your item sells for over $200, but less than $1000
Our commission is $60 for the first $200 and then 25% of the balance
over $200
If your item sells
for $1000 or more
Our commission is $260 for the first $1000 and then 20% of the balance
over $1000
If you have a great deal
of items to sell, we can work out a flat rate per item.

Fees:
Listing Fees
- If you let us determine
the starting price of the auction and sell with no reserve, then the
Arizona Stuff Exchange will absorb the eBay listing fee.
- If you determine the starting
price of the auction and/or sell with a reserve price, then the actual
eBay listing fees will be deducted from the proceeds when the item
sells. Listing fees typically range 3-6%
- Special add-on features
such as highlighted / feature listings will be discussed first between
you and Arizona Stuff Exchange. These fees would be deducted from
the proceeds when the item sells. Its very rare that we suggest any
of these add-on features as they are only of value on higher ticket
items.
Final Value Fees
- This fee is typically
2.5 - 3% and is calculated by eBay on the final bid price. This fee
will be deducted from the final proceeds when the item sells
Payment
Processing Fees
- This fee is typically
2.5 - 3% of the total transaction value (final sales price + shipping,
handling and sales tax). It is usually associated with processing
credit cards. There is no fee if the winning bidder does not pay using
a credit card, PayPal or other on-line payment service.
An
easy way to look at it is that our commission will work out to be roughly
1/3 of the final sales price.
The entire
fee schedule is broken down for each item and will accompany the payment
check back to you.
